To get an explanation of any word or expression, regardless of which application displayed the word, you need to hold special key (by default it is Alt) and select some text by the mouse. The pop-up window with dictionary topic will appear and will be present on the screen while you are holding special key. You may change special key or time interval after which it will be hidden. (Also, You may first select some word and then press hotkey).

Double click at pop-up window to view dictionary window and left-click pop-up to close it.

  2. View word in the dictionary window
